Practice Training Contracts

Practice Trainees are guaranteed the best possible learning experience by being thrust into the thick of the action. Trainees should expect to be heavily involved in and make substantive contributions to their assigned matters. 

Each Trainee will be mentored by their Supervising Solicitor and partnered with an Associate, who will guide him or her, monitor his or her professional development and, at the same time encourage independent learning.

Trainees can also expect to be exposed to all areas of the firm’s practice, so as to develop a holistic appreciation of private practice.
