About Prof Michael Hor

Michael is a Consultant in Peter Low Chambers LLC and also concurrently serves as the Dean of The University of Hong Kong’s Law Faculty.

Michael brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from a variety of jurisdictions, making him a huge asset to the firm when tackling complex or novel issues of law. Michael’s expertise lies in criminal law and procedure as well as evidence, having taught, researched and published extensively in these areas.

Previously, Michael was a tenured lecturer with the National University of Singapore’s Law Faculty. Michael has also served as a Consultant to the Ministry of Law and the Law Society of Singapore’s Criminal Practice Committee.
