  • Acting for a shipping company in a shareholder and contractual dispute worth approximately $10 million (2022)
  • Acted for the majority shareholders of a property development company against a minority oppression claim under s 216 of the Companies Act worth approximately $450 million (2022)
  • Acted in the constitutional challenge of section 377A of the Penal Code (repealed) in the Court of Appeal: Tan Seng Kee v Attorney-General and other appeals [2022] SGCA 16
  • Acted for a foreign domestic worker, Ms Parti Liyani, in disciplinary proceedings against two Deputy Public Prosecutors (2021)
  • Successfully obtained sale proceeds for a judgment creditor in a landmark Court of Appeal decision, which clarified the law on enforcement proceedings against jointly-owned property (2020)
  • Acted for a multi-national company in the co-working space industry, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, against a former employee (2020)
  • Defended two former directors of a private equity firm against a High Court lawsuit and injunction by their former employer relating to alleged breach of confidentiality clauses (2019).
  • Successfully settled an employment dispute between a high net-worth individual and family office based in Switzerland against its former employee (2019)
